1.    What types of promotional gifts can you customize?

We customize a wide range of products, including cups, USB flash drives, Bluetooth speakers, umbrellas, canvas bags, backpacks, T-shirts/hoodies, gift sets, stationery, and electronic items.     Mixed batches and custom gift sets are also supported.

2.    What are the MOQs for different product categories?

Cups/Tumblers: 100–300 pcs

USB Flash Drives: 50–200 pcs

Bluetooth Speakers: 100–500 pcs

Canvas Bags/Bags: 100–300 pcs

Clothing (T-shirts/Hoodies): 50–100 pcs (mixed sizes allowed)

Umbrellas: 100–500 pcs

Gift Sets: 100–300 sets

MOQs vary by customization level;     small trial orders are acceptable.

3.    What customization options do you offer for each category?

Cups: Silk screen, UV print, laser engraving, gradient coating, custom packaging

USB Drives: Logo, shell color, encryption, storage capacity

Bluetooth Speakers: Logo, shell color, gift box design, voice prompt customization

Umbrellas: Full-surface printing, frame color, handle material

Bags/Canvas Bags: Full-print, woven label, hang tags

Clothing: Screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, custom tags & wash labels

Gift Sets: Custom boxes, accessory combinations, corporate branding kits

4.    How long does sampling take?     Can you provide mockups?

Standard samples: 2–7 days

Advanced craftsmanship/gift boxes: 3–7 days

Molded items: 7–10 days

We offer free mockups and digital artwork confirmation before production.

5.  What is the lead time for mass production?

Usually 3–7 days, depending on quantity and customization:

Clothing, canvas bags: faster

Cups/Umbrellas: medium lead time

Bluetooth speakers/USB drives: depends on components and QC testing

Please schedule early during peak seasons.

6.  What quality standards and tests do you offer?

Cups: heat resistance, coating adhesion

Clothing: color fastness, shrinkage tests

Umbrellas: opening/closing cycles, waterproof tests

USB drives: capacity check, data stability

Bluetooth speakers: sound test, battery cycle test

Third-party inspections (SGS/BV/Intertek) are supported.

7.  What is your production capacity and factory capability?

We operate specialized production lines for each category:

Cups: 20,000+ pcs/month

Bags/canvas bags: 50,000+ pcs/month

Apparel printing line: 30,000+ pcs/month

USB/Speaker electronics: 10,000–30,000 pcs/month

We support OEM/ODM, yearly corporate gift programs, and custom gift set development.

8.  Do you support mixed product orders and custom gift sets?

Yes.   Mixed-category orders are welcome.   We also create custom gift sets such as USB + notebook, tumbler + tote bag, speaker + greeting card, etc.

9.  What shipping and packaging options do you offer?

Shipping: sea, air, railway, DHL/UPS/FedEx

Amazon FBA/overseas warehouses supported

Packaging: individual box, color box, gift box, custom corporate packaging

Labeling and carton services are available.

10. What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

Electronics (speakers, USB drives): 1-year warranty

Non-electronic items (cups, bags, apparel): free remake or reshipment for quality issues

A dedicated account manager and after-sales team is provided for corporate clients, with responses within 24 hours.
